Once the design is approved we will schedule the production and install. When you come to pick it up we will give you some tips on care and maintenance.
Do not wash your vehicle for two days after the installation of your vehicle graphics. Keep your 3M vehicle graphics looking their best by following these cleaning and maintenance guidelines :
Wash your vehicle regularly. Contaminants allowed to remain on the graphic may be more difficult to remove during cleaning.
Use a spray of water to rinse off as much dirt as possible. Use a wet, non-abrasive detergent and a soft, clean cloth or sponge. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Then, use a silicone squeegee to remove excess water and dry with a clean microfiber cloth.
Use hot, soapy water to soften difficult contaminants such as bug splatter, bird droppings, tree sap and similar contaminants. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Do not use rough scrubbing or abrasive tools, which will scratch the film.
Wipe off any fuel spills immediately to avoid degrading the vinyl and adhesive. Then wash, rinse and dry as soon as possible.
Hand washing is the preferred cleaning method. Damages caused by automated car washes cancel the warranty. If you must use this method, please follow these guidelines:
Always use touch less car washes. Use of brush car washes may cause dulling, scratching, and/or lifting edge of the graphics.

Ensure the water pressure is kept below 2000 psi (14 MPa) and the water temperature is below 180 °F (80 °C). Use a spay nozzle with a 40 degree wide angle spray pattern. Keep the nozzle at least 1 foot (300 mm) away from and perpendicular (at 90 degrees) to the graphic.
Vinyl graphics are degraded by prolonged exposure to sun and atmospheric pollutants, particularly on the horizontal surfaces such as hood, trunk lid and roof. Whenever possible, store in a garage or at least in a shaded area during the day. At night protect the car from dew or rain, which may contain acidic pollutants. When a garage is not available, consider using a cloth car cover at night.
3M does not recommend using wax or other similar coatings on vehicle graphics. Do no use any abrasive polishes or cutting compounds. Do not use any polishing or wax products on matte or textured films.
The following table shows some available products to help restore your vehicle wrap. Before using, always test and approve in an inconspicuous area. Do not allow cleaning solution to soak and immediately rinse with clear water.

Yes. Perforated window graphics are typically installed on the rear or side windows of a vehicle. This allows the design to flow on the vehicle. They allow the drivers to see out but block people from seeing in.

Once the design has been finalized and approved, we need three to four days for the complete printing process. Then, most vehicles can be wrapped in one business day.
Every vehicle and every project is unique. Cost depends on a number of factors, including the film you choose, the amount of square footage to be wrapped, the complexity of the preparation and installation, whether or not wrap design is required, etc. Costs range from a few hundred dollars for stripes to a few thousand for a complete full wrap. Yes, a vehicle wrap is completely removable, leaving little or no adhesive residue. We recommend that the removal be done by a trained professional, but you can do it yourself if you choose.
We generally avoid wrapping vehicles with rust. Vinyl has to adhere to the paint surface and therefore, paint must be secure on the vehicle. If you have concerns about your vehicle’s suitability for wrapping, come by and see us.
No, the film will not stick to body filler. An epoxy primer/sealer, OEM vehicle paint and/or clear coat must be applied over the auto repair filler and the finish must be allowed to cure for the period of time specified by the manufacturer before applying film.
Typically, wraps will last anywhere from five to seven years. The lifespan of your vehicle wrap will depend on the quality of the vinyl and installation, the surface to which it is applied and the care given to maintenance.
Please wait two days after your vehicle has been wrapped before washing it. Then, yes, hand wash your vehicle regularly. A word of caution: high pressure hand held washers and car washes can damage the wrap and will cancel the warranty.
